Process Serving for Commercial Firms

Unfortunately it may be necessary to commence legal action against a firm or individual you have dealt with. This might be to recover an outstanding debt or for another reason.

Whether you have the facilities to commence this action in house or decide to use solicitors, then Herdens can assist you by serving the legal papers and documents on the other party, wherever they maybe located in the UK. By using the services of a process server, such as Herdens, you can be sure that your papers will have been correctly served on the other party using methods which we consider to be much better than the usual postal service.

If you handle the matter in house, we are happy to accept instructions direct from you. Alternatively if you use solicitors you could request that they pass the papers to us for service or otherwise you could instruct us directly to serve the papers once your solicitors have drawn them up. The second option could be more cost effective as you should not have to pay any extra administration charges which some solicitors may make in addition to our reasonable fees.
